• What amenities are in the rooms?
  Uncommonly luxurious you basically never need to leave the property you’ll receive some of the best in-room amenities available. All villas come furnished with the basic amenities you’d expect (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) Plus, you’ll find a whole lot more – like your own DVD with a Bose Stereo, Jacuzzi tub with jets, and a 27” (35 in I bedroom villa Flat Screen television. Heavenly bed and heavenly shower and separate heavenly bath, hairdryer, and an in room safe and free daily maid service. 4 people and 1 bedrooms have service for 6 people. Internet in room
  
  What is the Keiki (kids) camp?
  The kid’s camp is a day or half day of fun for kids/keiki ages 5-12 to have a Hawaiian experience of do various Hawaiian cultural arts and crafts, everyday is a new experience. A half day costs $40, a full day costs $65 per child. Open 9 AM-4PM. To avoid a $25 cancellation fee a 24 hour notice is required.
  
  Where does the shuttle take you?
  Lahaina Cannery Mall, Lahaina Wharf Center and Hilo Hattie's, Westin hotel, you can use all amenities except pool. A passenger coach is available to transport guests to and from the adjacent hotel property, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. (Allowed to use all amenities at the Westin Hotel except for the pool) The shuttle service runs non-stop from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. for your convenience. Additionally, AB Taxi is available for all of your transportation needs.
  
  Forced unto time share presentation?
  Not at all whatsoever. It is possible you will be asked, but in no way is it mandatory that you attend.
  
  How large are the units?
  1 bedroom is 960 sq feet and the studio is 440 sq feet. 2 bedroom lock off is 1400 sq feet.
  
  Westin villas pool?
  8000 sq feet heated pool. There is also a kids pool with a waterslide. Located by the South Tower is large water slide for adults.
  
  
  What is the check in and check out times?
  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the 10:00 a.m. check-out time so that we may service your villa for our newly arriving guests. Should your travel schedule not coincide with our check-out time, the Front Desk and Service Express staff will be happy to temporarily store your luggage after you vacate the villa.
  
  How many buildings and units?
  The property is located on 14 acres of oceanfront North Ka'anapali beach. There are just over a 1000 units there is a north and south a tower.
  
  How far is it from the Westin Hotel?
  The Westin Villas are located on North Ka'anapali Beach. Westin Hotel and Spa is located on South Ka'anapali Beach.

  In Room Free Internet. The Business Center provides high speed internet access for your business needs. Besides our computer workstations, we are equipped with a 4 in 1 machine that allows for your printing, faxing, copying, and scanning needs. Open 24 hours daily.

  Guest may park for free in either the surface parking lot or in the parking garages. They also have valet for a *fee
